Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy an eSIM from Ciao Ciao Data, operated by [Your legal business name] (“we”, “us”). By buying, you agree to them.

What you're buying

• A data-only eSIM for use in Italy, with the data amount and validity shown when you buy.
• It has no phone number for calls or SMS.
• It's delivered by email as a QR code and is also shown on your order page.
• Service is provided through our network partners on Italian mobile networks.
• Coverage and speed depend on the local network where you are.

Who can buy

For now, Ciao Ciao Data is available only to customers with a US billing address. If an order is placed with a billing address outside the US, we cancel it and refund it in full.

Your phone

You're responsible for checking that your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy. Each QR code can be installed only once. If you delete the eSIM from your phone, it can't be reinstalled.

Validity and data

Each plan includes the data amount and number of days shown at checkout. Unused data doesn't carry over after a plan expires. Plans don't renew automatically. To get more data, buy a new plan.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, or to harm networks or other people. We may suspend an eSIM that's being misused.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but mobile networks can have outages or weak coverage that we don't control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Changes and contact
