[Your legal business name] runs Ciao Ciao Data. We collect only what we need to sell you an eSIM and help you use it. We don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Your email address and name, entered at checkout. We use them to deliver your eSIM and support you.
• Payment details. Stripe processes these, and we never see your full card number.
• eSIM details, such as the ICCID and data usage, so we can deliver and support your plan.
• Basic website analytics, such as page views. These are aggregated and collected without advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the services that make Ciao Ciao Data work:

• Stripe (payments)
• Our eSIM suppliers, eSIM Access and Omax Telecom (eSIM provisioning)
• Resend (order emails)
• Vercel (hosting and analytics)

Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, accounting and legal obligations, and then delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and California, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Email support@ciaociaodata.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
